I can't delete my character

    I've followed advice AM
    I've move(clear) all the items and kinah on warehouse and inventory, and also delete all the letters in the mailbox.
    after that i restart aion and and then login..

    on the display option charater, i wrote Confirm Delete
    but nothing happens >.<

    is it in a legion? if it is, leave and restart then delete.
