    every i want to enter the server always say FAILED???

    Failed to connect to server yes?

    If so, try not using a ping reducer or change the one you are currently using. Some players are having difficulty with certain latency fixes and they are coming up with a failed to connect to server.

    If that is your issue at least. If not, can you tell us what your primary language is? We might have someone on staff who would be able to help you with less difficulty for you =)

    i didn't used ping reducer...i just playing like usually but when i was log out & log in back i can't playing anymore...the server just say FAILED TO CONNECT THE SERVER GAME!!!

    Welp, the triple post is not appreciated. Please edit your posts in the future. As for the problem. When you come up to the Terms of Service agreement, wait 1 - 2 minutes before hitting the 'Accept' button.

    That should, hopefully fix the issue for you. If not, submit a player unstuck request and we'll process them as soon as possible.
