    Yes it's possible, you'll need 1.500 Credits and follow the instructions at website. Not sure but I heared some problems regarding with transferring characters these days.

    does all the items like shop items are with the transferred character to its new account ?

    you wont be making a new account, just the character and all its stuffs transferred to other server. you can also check gamezaion.com to see how it works and what to do before the transfer.
