Need some opinion on this. Which do you think, depending in your gameplay, the effective mace for you?

    *keep it civil. :) thanks

Athanas is way usefull than EaC/ACD

You can hit players from 4+ meters.. and u can shieldburst easier than acd, cause most running out of range when u use a non exte weapon.. and the dmg are good also..

ill go for the extendables, for the range advantage and it has a good damage too. ACD weapons are bad vs kiting/range type enemies

for me, athana is better than ddg cause im not a block crit set, i hardly do any physical atk with my mace except for shield burst, bash, etc etc
i use it mostly for magical atks, like magic smash, divine justice, root, etc etc

and tbh, having extra crits in ddg hammer is very helpful if you atk mostly on shield, but using about 3 physical skills on hammer does not change anything that much. but magical accuracy and magical boost on athana makes a bigger difference.

yea since my play style is like that, i would prefer acd mace, due to its amazing ma, mboost, and casting time it has.
though i would use both cause athana being extendable, its shieldburst is amazing :p

With the access to all skills, a block set wouldn't do much favour to you. Already got access to enough defensive capabilities.

Block set is a must against "some" gladiators.

On topic@ Acd doesnt even have attack speed, wtf is that sh1t. Laes is better of course, great range + pro shieldburst.

i think an extendo mace is useless in most cases
cause i think that if you are attacking it should be with your greatsword and not your mace
i use Q as a keybind to switching weapons.. ans its easy since im used to it
so whenever im NOT attacking im using my shield. btu when im attacking... only greatsword

Mace and shield is better against multiple enemies and when your target is using attack buffs. Damage lower? So what? You get to reduce 70% of incoming damage at a 50% rate. That's sickly over powered. Get those squishes out the way with buffs and hp to spare and save the great-sword for the real meat.
