From Verteron to Eltnen?

Hello everyone, and thanks to anyone who considers this post and answers back with a helpful reply. I just started playing the game today and came across the Holy Grounds place to enter Eltnen, but the problem arises when my character doesn't enter the floating portal. See I want/need to enter Eltnen and for some reason the portal doesn't seem to be working in the Miraju Holy Grounds to Eltnen (as previously stated above, repeated for empahsis). I don't know whether there is a work around to this, so any help will be greatly appreciated!:sideways:

 

just complete the entry campaign quest in verteron and then use the teleporter from the main fortress to go in Eltnen ?

Yeah also keep in mind that for every other map such as heiron you will need to complete the first entry quest to eltnen as well. The first commander call quest always unlocks the next map.
