    Arena bug abuse using a skill to get out of the starting area before the match began to attack the other player.

    Standard time is 12 hours as Vildiil said here, it should be up shortly.

    This (Note its attacking someone in the Arena instance before the match has even begun. In order to do that you had to circumvent game mechanics, which is considered bug abusing)
