My account was stolen and I got banned! Please I need help!

Hello guys, it makes some time that I don't login and play Aion cause I was traveling a lot, working a lot.

I tried to login today and found my account was banned. The GM said that there was a post in forum trying to sell my items, but this was not me! I wasn't playing or even connecting all these days!

I had to create this new forum account since my password for forum was changed too. Can someone help me please? What I do now?

 

dont worry, ... i was banned for inperfection (bugs) that are in this game... so dont be surprize!!!
and admins ... are so kind... (they dont belive nothing)!

Help my account got hacked and it was not me cheating or it was not me it was my brother ! etc...


Account = own responsibility i suggest you start over.

 

Ok but if I start over whats the garantee that I won't be banned again. I always was a donator, if I start it over I would be donating again, but it's complicated since they are saying that I did it, and it was not me!
