Inactive account deleted.

Hello. I've been away from Playing GamezAion due to being very busy with my college studies. I haven't been on for a while and I read in some threads that inactive account of more than 6-7 months are automatically deleted.

Is there any way for my account to be restored? I've spent so much donation on that account and it kind of feels like my money went to nothing, don't bash me on this since I do know that it's 'donation'.

Donor doesn't get any special treat against deletion of inactive accounts?
I'd really appreciate to continue, rather than start over again.

 

Depends if you logged in on the website in the meantime you were gone.

You should just check if it's still there.

But i don't think there is a way of restoring it (donater or not).

 

I don't think I've bothered logging in the website. Studies made me forgot about Aion.

If I were to provided an evidence of transactions via Paypal, will I be able to get the items I have donated for back if I were to create a new account?
This would help me very much in starting over again.

As far as I know, sorry for telling you this but, I'm pretty sure you won't get anything back.
Few months ago, I bought an Tahabata Longbow from Black Cloud Traders Shop, was a mistake, but I had all the pictures needed to support my credits-restore for my mistake, had no chance at all.
So, I had no chance for getting back 1000 credits, I don't know how much chances you have, but still, good luck.
