Problem SendLogClient [HELP]

Hi, I'm new on this server and I could create a assassin lvl 22 but yesterday, I took the teleportation stone in Sanctum, and the game freeze and said SendLogClient. So I restart the game, I chose my assassin et the game send again SendLogClient and freeze. So I download an other client, but it's the same. I went to the NCsoft launcher to click on "Repare", after repare Aion I download one more time the client and I start the game, but it's the same, the game freeze and said SendLogClient, always...
So can you help me please ?

Most likely your char is stuck, Login the GamezAion website, go to UserCP, and click on Player Unstuck Request. After it is done being processed, if that doesn't work you will need to wait for the next Server Restart.

And btw do you have the new 3.0 item.pak?

 

The unstuck player don't work... but it's only with my assassin because a create a chanter and i can play.

If you're too excited you can delete the files at Aion/Data/USA/Items and happily Log-in again.
I'm sure this is yet another Items.pak problem.
