so NCC or Abg?!

    i see that arena works and we can get ncc full now...but i'm wondering if is better than abg becouse i see that have better stats and alot of conditioning bonuses!
    If some1 can help just pls :)

    I don't think you can NCC from the npc's, I believe its only Sublime, if I'm correct, but people make mistakes xD

    u can never have NCC. u can only get the lv1 conditioning like the DCC.

    You can only get lvl 1 conditioning items for NPCs. Why do you think NCC is in the shop c:

    Get abg in terms of armor. Primal spirit weapons have better stats but they have no pvp attack, use it as a fuse.

    NCC is still better because it has level 2 conditioning (MORE pvp %)

    The base stats is the same as NCC like the MR , HP , Def , special resists etc.

    The only difference is 1 Conditioning.

    Example:

    DCC Plate chest : 4.5% pvp + 0.6% from conditioning = 5.1% on chest
    NCC Plate chest : 4.5% pvp + 0.9% from conditioning = 5.4% on chest (0.1% Less then ABG Plate chest)

    They won't be so stupid to let you get NCC L2 Conditioning from crucible cause it's better + way better remodel =P and because it's in the item shop ^^.

    Still decent items for newcomers wich can finally work for something to get.

    NPCs are on, but if you collect enough points for buying a NCC item you will not be able to buy it.


    It's same as buying ABG, you can see it but you will not be able to buy it, its locked.

    Its locked on Both Siel and Lumiel? It was available on Crystal before...

    dude you can see the items, but you can't buy them, even if you have enough insignias you won't be able to buy the NCC sets, if you don't believe go waiste your time...
