I cant log in with my Lumiel characters

    I cant log in with my lumiel characters,but my siel works perfectly fine..
    Once i click the lumiel server, I'm always stuck at the same screen then my aion automatically log out..

    Many AM said that I should wait for a server restart,but still it doesnt work..
    Help me pls..ty

    that's pretty much what you have to do or go to Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server (main website) log in and request for a char. unstuck, but sometimes it takes a server restart to fix something like this.

    Its not that my char is stuck..I cant even go to char select..

    once i click lumiel..my screen just freezes and the log out..

    happened to me when there was a maintenance and the server is down (lumiel), then i checked my character on siel, after i switched to check lumiel back, i'm stuck at sever select screen too even i chose lumiel, but i just waited some moment maybe the server still in maintenance and after awhile i can choose lumiel and logged in normally.

    I tried that one too..I watched the server selection screen for 30mins and then it just log out automatically :|

    Are you sure you didn't update to another version or changed any files on your client before getting this error? There has to be something you did, to provoke this kind of behaviour in the client-server connection.

    Have u tried to log in from another pc?It worked for a friend of mine who had the same problem he logged his account from my pc and then it was fine.

    I just recopy the old file from my friends data...
    now its working...

    we had a crazy weather going on here that's why i just want to ask if someone can fix it without me getting out of my house just to copy the file..
