    Seems like this server its unsecured! After 5 years of playing on this server and on this day ''2012-09-08'' i get VIP. The problem is, the last time when i was log is 2012-06-08. I just vote on my account until i will get enough credits to get better items from 3.0v. Now one know my account and password. I even get a email from a guy i don`t know: [​IMG] Its clear all my abg items are gone.(I but those abg items after years of voting) Obviously no AM will give my items back so i decide after 5 years to stop playing. Bye!

    What part of account security is on you does not apply to this situation? We don't know your password - only you do. The only way anyone could have logged your toon is if you shared your password with someone/were keylogged or hacked.

    I'm sorry but it isn't our responsibility to monitor your account.

    I also find it suspicious that after 3 months of inactivity you decide to log in to your account a day after this transaction took place.

    You should see what trades was made on the day my account was getting VIP and see who get my items, not my inactivity time.
    As a AM you have access on database...the only thing is to want to help.

    Well, as long as you decided to stop, what else you need ? Try some Mario, I'm pretty sure no password needed there.
