New cash shop godstone: Daeva's Vow is broken

I got this new godstone from the shop and it said 10% chance. When I applied it to my weapon it became 5%.

I think it's bugged or something. I would love the actual godstone that is 10% or a refund.

Out of curiosity does it actually say 5% or does it still say 10% but you just believe it to be 5% because it doesn't proc as often as you would like.

I purchased Daeva's Vow from the BCTS and here was what my weapon looks like after applying it:

Yes, and it is supposed to be 10%. However after applying it to my weapon it states 5% and after testing it thoroughly I can confirm that the proc rate is low. Nothing like 10% silence or blind.

Wow I just know theres new godstone at shop. It says 10% but dunno what happen to ur weapon. Ask GMs

 

I've personally tested this, and found it to be broken. It equips to 5% not a 10%. Will send it to our developers/Carl to be fixed as soon as possible.

 

the broken effect is just like godstone leo's sadness...

apparently some ppl are able to equip this stone without losing the 10% effect... I saw a SW bow with 10% chance on it just yesterday, however I bought ANOTHER one and tried to equip but the preview window still tells me 5%.

 

dw , i had that GS like w/ my chanter. doesnt really help that much.

ps: i had that GS like the past special shop and it worked.
but it was a gold named godstone., not this godstone you posted.

perhaps the one you saw was the old gold one w/ 10% attk speed slow

I have it and works perfectly fine as a matter of fact my sin looks like a chanter slowing down glads lulz
