[Transfering] Characters from Crystal to Gamez

Hi!

I want to transfer my characters from Crystal to Gamez (mainly because I played a lot on that server) but I simply can't recall all my character names, because it has been a loong time since I last played

Is it possible to somehow get a list of all my characters (preferably with their class) because I really want them to get transferred, I simply don't recall their names

i don't remember my character names either. Maybe they should allow us to be able to log into the original Crystal Website just so we know what characters we have. If only for that purpose please!

 

Crystal Aion has been merged to Lumiel GamezAion. Just Follow the form in the quote below and it should transfer over your chars to Gamez Lumiel Server.

 

really? did you read the posts above you? you actually need to KNOW the character names when transferring it over. You do it one by one, if you don't know the character names, you're stuffed.

 

I have the same problem and PM'ed Sileria about it, he told me to ask Alente.
So I went and PM Alente, yet he NEVER replied....

Admins are busy with their new server, GamezTera. The Crystal's players are coming second in their priority list as for now.

 

I understand that, I just hope that they will allow us to transfer those characters at some point though, not that they stop the transferring in a few weeks and we will never be able to get those characters back

 

Sure I can read, the difference between reading and comprehension though are two separate things on their own. The first post and the second post both mention that they could not remember their character names but no where did it mention that it was required to transfer the character over. Also Since I have no need to view the form myself, (which I did before posting this) it shows that character name is required for the transfer. I thought it was just an automatic all character so long as you have your ID/PW considering the quote below

It does not state there that the information required is also Character names. (Unless you actually click the link)

So I do apologize for my inaccurate response, though I do not appreciate the attitude, or assumption that I do not read.

i used to have 2 accounts. I caan't remember the password for my second. Aynway i cann't get the mail for recover it because Crystal Page is closed

 

Any and all Transfer Issues, and or Issues regarding Crystal AION you will need to send Carl a private message.

We don't have any access to anything related to Crystal, so. He's the only one who can help with those issues now.
