Disconnected from the server

Hello, since 3 hours ago i have a problem with log in:
When i put Id and PW appears this message:

Already tried to restart pc, repair and re-download gamez launcher
What i have to do?

 

Wait for server restart.....also submit a character unstuck

Don't know if is a Gamezaion problem, i tried to log-in in other private server and appears the same error.

Yes but to open retail i have to install update, i tried to do it but appears another error:

After repair begin Update installation and appears again this error :\

 

Have you played any other server before this?


If so or if not, I would suggest repairing/reinstalling your client.

 

Try turning off your anti virus and disabling the notifications when any software wants to run/change something at the system. I mean this:

Then try repairing again.
