[URGENT] Stormwing Parts + Mace DISSAPERAD AFTER RELOG!

    Yesterday i lvled up my teamplar upto 60 lvl. Today my vip friend gave me full sw set + mace as present but seems 2 parts + mace dissapeared!
    Also, Greatswoard + Shield gone buged and used at same time!
    Anyone can help me please?

    Hero: Impenetrabilis
    Class: Templar
    Server: Lumiel
    How it happend? : After relog to transfer stigma shards from my elios(Lanaa) to asmodian (Impenetrabilils), and after selecting my templar, this bug happend.
