Get this message saying i have unpaid internet cafe fees???

This shit freaks me out as i have never used internet cafe. i have internet in the comfort of my own home i have never used internet cafe and hopefully never will. i created a character name "Ransid' on lumiel and now it says i have unpaid internet cafe fees and it won't let me use legion warehouse dcs from server when i try to use legion warehouse this is really annoying and defimation of character. Yes i have more then one account and with this going on i'm glad at least on the other account i can play freely.
