Need some suggestions

Okay so im getting a new graphics card this weekend but im not sure what to get Heres what i need it to do.

Games:Mainly Aion, I Play skyrim and such aswell
Res: i need to play at 1920x1080
Quality:Medium-high ultra is way too much for my processor
Budget:$100-$110 No newegg link's just gimme a name exact if you can Eg: Gigabyte gt 640

My specs
Proc:Core 2 [email protected] < might overclock it to 3.0 soon
Ram:4Gb
Current videocard: Radeon 2400Hd
Current power supply:350watt, This will be uped to a 500 or 600 watt
