Download and Play ( New french player )

Sorry for the 2nd post but i very need help^^
I do not know how to or write (not find of section bug) I am French in vacancy amerique I discovered your waiter(server) and I would like to play it. Only I have the French version of aion and I does not know or I can download that required for the waiter(server). If you could explain me one can the approach(initiative) has to follow because I did not understand everything on the site. I use a translator to speak to you please excuse me for the possible faults which he could have. A last question. If I buy a payesafecard in France t-elle go walk(work) for the waiter(server)? If you could answer me before 2 am history(story) when I can download the customer during the night his(her,its) would be top ^^
