all my accounts were deleted !!!!

i traveled in a trip (work trip) in Dubai for 6 months when i came back home i found that all my accounts were deleted :andy: .

i asked for reason but no body knew why so this is really disappointing inched: .

maybe some will ask why i didn't play when i was in Dubai..:smile:.. i will till you why i had no time :sad: i only log in on the website to vote and log off again.

but i only voted in the first month after that i didn't vote i only log in the at the forum to see the news so i hope to get an answer

Actually logging onto the website to vote is enough to keep your accounts up. I haven't played in ever and just log into the mainsite and still have all my chars on my account. Either that or I'm in for a huge surprise if I ever try to log in game.

Either way I blame the jungler.

Soo what's is the proper way to avoid wiping youraccount in gamezaion? is it voting enough or you must log in ingame at least once a month?

 

Voting is enough to keep your account safe from deletions.

 

if you logged on the website in that time , then the account didnt go inactive. We have 3.0 here on gamezaion so you need to dl the NA-client or update yours . I am sure that your Accounts will be there then. If not try to pm Vildill or puddles or even Alente himself. I am sure , they can help you.

 

I hope it too, re activation is the best thing.

It's a bullsh1t rule of the staff anyway, they can easily keep everything in database.

they can, but they dont want the database to keep growing in size, usernames taken up by inactives etc. its also a cheap way to make people lose all their stuff so they donate/vote all over again

@op voting is enough to keep an account active so it doesnt get deleted. judging by "all my accounts" and the fact that u voted, id say u got busted for multivoting

 

I blame the jungler for that.
