account deleted?

Hi, I've tried to log onto my old account for the last couple days with no success, it says that I've not registered... yet I had 2 55's on here. I originally registered with the same email address I'm using on the forums here. I remade my account last night but I'd love to have my old account back again if possible. And if they're going to delete accounts for no reason, an email would be nice at least lol.

EDIT: What's funny is, I never had to re-register on the forums... it kept the same account and all.

 

thats because game accounts inactive for 6 months are deleted. logging into the website or voting once in 6 months is enough to keep ur account from being deleted

forum accounts last forever (unless banned)

 

Wow... that kinda sucks lol. Oh well, there went my toons and the items I collected, I only wanted a break, not a complete do over lol. Well thanks for the information, now I know
