How's everyone doing?

I know not everyone here knows me or noticed me in the past, but its cool.

Anywhooo, I'm guessing there are a couple of changes going around here, not only about the 3.0 thing
but the people too. It's a new sign of progress! That's great!

So I guess too... that I'm back in the zone!

And because there are many changes that has happened in here lately, I would just like to sight a couple of questions before I launch my full come back

(bec I still need to fix my literal launcher for gamez)

The first question is...

Since there are new Armor and Weapons Sets in the credit shop, Im just wondering if ABG's are still competitive, I mean are they still combat wise? I know it's not like before but are they still competitive compared to the new ones?

and if they are, how much do they cost nowadays? Is there a package offered that I can look for in case I would donate and trade my credits for em? or is it more practical to trade credits for the new sets and how much does it cost?

I was a cleric (and forever will be) so I would like to get a few suggestions in how to play it right today. Ive heard that Full MR sets are not that applicable because of the Magical Suppression. I also need a few suggestions on Armor/Weapon combinations that are practical and not costly.

I hunger and thirst for many information and I would totally appreciate everything that you'll be writing down there.

Help me out, and please do not troll here.

Yes ABGs are still good, new stuff is definitely better but yes it's still worthy of attention...zerging population of Gamez ACD or otherwise as you know, still suck major ass regardless of their gear, you'll be fine.

Value wise, economy is even more fcked up so yea :3 for about 2.5k you can get an ABG set nowdays for a bit more, a full ABG gear. If you want EAC gear (which is just a little bit lower state wise than the 'best' ACD) 9k VIP you can probably get an EAC set because as you know, people here are retarded enough to pay that much for something that has such LITTLE difference.

Magic Suppression essentially cancels out MB so it reduces magical damage but not so much MR is "redundant"...everything is still dictated by MR/MA more or less (godstone procs ). You'll find magic suppression in the new gear (and 3.0 PVE drops, also instances pre and post 3.0 now actually drop items somewhat), so MR+that is certainly considerable in PvP as a cleric I suppose.

Anyway is ACD costly? like how much credits do you need to trade it for a complete set? But I guess ABG is still value wise.

Is there a new PVP map? Or still the same old zerging places?

 

Oh yeah, we can PvP in tiamaranta now, but then zergers are stucked in Inggi/Gelk.
