Cant remember my username and password

Hi Gm's

i just want to ask if there is possible way to retrieve or reset my password of my old account. i played gamezaion before but i stopped playing almost a year. then now i want to play this again coz i really miss playing gamezaion but my problem is i forgot what username and what password i used on my account. i have some details here for my account and i have some screenshots here of my character and also i have an forum account same name with my character. i hope you guys can help me with this.

your account is already deleted. all accounts inactive for 6+ months are you should login to the website at least once every 6 months to keep it alive

 

hmm, if my account is already deleted, why Markshack's account is still alive and kickin butts.. he's my friend and we both stopped playing gamezaion for almost a year then yesterday he tried to login his account and poop! he can still play his character >_<

 

he probably logged in at some point within the year. I checked both names, your character doesn't exist and his does.

 

Maybe he logged in on the gamezaion website to vote or something and that's why his account is still active.

Brightmare's account seems to still exist, unless someone took the name and that's what I'm looking at o.o

 

hmm. Brightmare is a elyos sorcerer. and i also have a screenshot for this lol but same with vizca's account i forgot the username and password lol! any possible ways to retrieve this account?

 

you must remember something about the account, or else we can't exactly help x.x
