No game server is available to the authorization server.

I tryed the method posted on wesbite regarding this problem but I still get the same error: "No game server is available to the authorization server. (6)". What should I do? I use the Release Preview of Windows 8. Thank you!

 

Repairing the game through ncsoft launcher and reinstalling the gamez launcher/patch are the common steps im aware of too. I've also heard some possible fixes like deleting addcache.xml file in aion root folder or deleting any custom command line you might have added (if playing using a .bat launcher). repair you current version to match the version on retail. Then downgrade it so you can use it on gamezaion server. And make sure you run it as admin.

How can I downgrade the version? *Also I tryed to delete addcache.xml, but still the same error.

 

Latest ncsoft version works fine with gamez for me, so no need for any downgrades really. I'm in game with latest client.

 

Right now I'm trying to repair the client with NCsoft Launcher and then I'm gonna redownload the Gamez Aion Launcher to see if the problem persist. :-D

Unfortunately you can't play on private Aion servers if you are running Windows 8. I had installed Windows 8 Pro and Windows 8 Enterprise (both final RTM versions from TechNet/MSDN) and tried on both every possible thing. If you are running Windows 8 you can play just fine on the retail servers but, sadly, not on private (I'm not talking about Gamez only, I've tried to run Infinite and Atomix with no success). The only possible solution would be to revert back to Windows 7.
