Ok, here is a small but helpful guide for the new, and some times old players of GamezAion that have some trouble installing or wondering what to do with the Items Pak file to make untradables tradable

Ok so firstly, you have to find out where you installed NCSOFT Aion. For me its in my C Drive, under the file "Program files" (might be different for you depending where you told your computer to install it)

Make sure you have the items pak file, the most recent one, to find this you can use the search button. Open the file where your computer saved it. Minimize that window, now you will have to get the proper Aion folder open to install the tiems pak file into. Its a simple follow the steps and it should work without problems. I recommend if your online, to log out.

    1. Go to C Drive and open up the "Programs Folder" (thats where its installed for me, and usually most computers, usually the default saving spot for programs)

    2. Open up the NCSOFT folder and find the foldre called "Aion" open it up and there should be quite a few folders in there

    3. Find the folder called "Data" and open this one up

    4. Again this folder will have quite a few folders in it as well, but you are looking for the "ITEMS" folder specifically

    5. Once you find the "ITEMS" folder open it up and youll see 1 lonely file in there

    6. Open the folder where you saved the new "ITEM PAK" for GamezAion,

    7. Either "cut" it, or manually move it to the "ITEMS" folder. I preferably like the "cut option" (easier to move files and you wont lose it by mistake if you let go of the mouse button if your draggin it from folder to folder)

    8. Place the new "ITEMS PAK" into the "ITEMS" fodler, it will ask you if "Are you sure you want to replace this file?" and just click "yes"

And there you have it. You should be able to trade untradables, and remodel items without the problems and msgs you get in game.

Hope this lil guide helps you out incase anyone needs a guide, cause some ppl arent very computer literate, and sometimes need help. Im ok with comps, but some stuff confuses me totally xD so i hope that i help some ppl with this lil guide.

    Happy trading all

i use XP and i have no probs at all, weird that some ppl are, did you try each version of the item pack? i believe there is 2 or 3 of them, heard slushe (how ever the name is spelled) is the best one to use. Also with the recent updates, i might have made some things un-remodelable, like taha weaps, i know others can remodel taha weaps no probs. But again could be that some updates that were made messed up parts of the item pak. We might have to wait until a new one is made

Has this recent update disabled the ability to remodel Tahabata weapons?

Up till last Friday I have been able to remodel Tahabata weapons, but when I tried to remodel Tahabata Tome yesterday, it just gave me the message that Tahabata Tome cannot be remodeled, AFTER clicking the 'blah blah blah will be destroyed' confirmation message...

I remember that before applying the new item.pak, the error message came before that, where it wouldn't even allow me to drag the Tahabata item into the slot in the dialog box... So this shouldn't be a problem with the item.pak...?
