lost password link and change password link in account => not work !

    Hi people ,

    i cannot change or reset mt password with lost password link or change password link in account because i receiven't the confirm mail.

    i need change because i see a fake GMs ( gamezaionmaster and aionmasterchat ) who send fake messages.

    please per sure and take care all players , can you fix this lost password link or change password link in account?

    i click and paste my email , i see "A confirmation email was sent, Please verfy your account" then i don't receive the confirmation email.

    thank , i use the other service that hotmail, yahoo or gmail .
    since 4 hours and now, I check all and always none yet .
    I'll wait and if none then i request again.

    Edit : after 7h always i receiven't a confirmation mail .
