Need NPCs that sell missing skillbooks/stigmas

We're missing skillbooks/stigmas that are attained from quests (Passive Winged Skillbook which add %33 flight speed). Any way we can get some NPCs spawned that will be selling these? They used to be right next to the skill NPCs in Pandae/Sanct, but server updates have wiped them. Unless, there are other NPCs now where we can get these missing skillbooks at that I am not aware of. Thanks in advance.

This is probably not gonna happen no matter how annoying it is. Just make twinks for the 500 each time.

 

2 weeks have passed and no skill npcs.

Please Carl or anyone that still cares? can anyone just pop in Crystal just for 5 mins and respawn these damn NPCs there are alot of people that need these stigmas and skills.

 

I'd drop Albull a PM since he can do it, and he's back.

 

Good Idea I will try because it really is a simple thing and so damn important for Crystal.

I have 3 55s in Gamez is just that I enjoy low rate and ground combat and we have a big Legion in Crystal. What we need is some of you Gamez guys to come check out crystal
