char does not appear

    my char does not appear when I enter the game (this happened when reinstalled Aion), is something in the "obejcts" ... already tried to repair the NCsoft launcher but always hangs, can someone upload the folder is missing for me?

    PS:I played normally have a char lvl 60 or lvl 40 and none appears, and few NPCs appear most vanish
