banned without reason?

Go to the main website (Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server), log in your account and check the User Control Panel. There you can see the Ban System. Click it and check the duration and the reason of your ban. If nothing's there then it's probably due to multi-voting.

 

hmhm multi-voting what i didn't play for like a year im in the army i checkd the ban thind it dosent show me who and why banned me no proof and i cant appeal

 

They said that more than 6months of in-activity (like not logging the account in) results to account deletion. Although this might not be your case since you can still log-in your account in the main website. Perhaps the ban was issued before the Ban System was implemented that is why you can't see the reason of your ban. You can send a PM to one of the staffs and give them as well your character's in-game name so they can check it for you.

 

If that's the case you're characters might have just gotten deleted because you were inactive for to long. I think its 6 or 7 months and then you're characters get the boot.

Accounts get deleted if they haven't been used for 6-7 months.
