i have the same experience as wat you have, better upgrade your video card and processor, and dl game booster, it wil give a big difference.. but for your current specs, when you are on pvp areas, the more players the more lag you wil have, just try to set your graphics at low lvl, to minimize the lag that you are experiencing.

Don't Listen Lsin...Gamebooster is a ****ing crap..who will bugg your RAM...Use TuneUp Utilities 2012 With this program you can improve your PC....And optimization it to 100%...you can clean also some hidden fails in your C and recive your lost memory again!!

I've seen worse specs than that and runs aion smoothly or if not decently. Try playing with the graphic settings first to see which fits your current spec or use shift f12 at times.Update your drivers.Do those before changing/altering your hardware.

Might be your drivers for your graphics card, you might even be running on your on board graphics if its that bad.
Make sure you also have no other programs running besides Aion your pc specs are ok but not good enough for multi processing with a demanding game like Aion.

Lowering your game graphic settings and game quality always helps.

Personally I would do that and also turn all other programs off, and even downloading some boost pc programs. :)
