As it says on the tin - every time I try to launch Gamez Aion, this error message pops up and closes the game shortly afterwards, meaning that I don't have access to anything else than the interface of the launcher itself.

I used the search function of the board first and tried out some of the suggested solutions there, but no avail. Whatever I do, the error stays the same, and I really slowly begin to question my own common sense. I first downloaded the launcher yesterday, game was already fully patched. Never had to downgrade a thing up to now. My operating system is Windows 7.

Here are the things I tried in a nutshell ( note: I'm from Germany, but ever since I started playing Aion 2 years ago, the country setting was set on North America ):

    1. I simply repaired the client, no effect. Then, I reinstalled the Gamez Aion Launcher - same outcome.

    2. I deleted the bin32 folder (except for aion.bin), repaired, reinstalled the Gamez Aion Launcher - still not available in my country.

    3. I tried the no_ip_restrictions.exe, but sadly, that didn't work either.

    4. Running the launcher as Administrator also never worked for me. D:

The funny thing is that the official server works just fine for me - same goes for two other private servers with which I wanted to check if there was something wrong with the files in my Aion folders. Only one of the private servers gave me the same error, but with the option to add parameters in the settings of the custom launcher, adding the strings "-cc:1 -noweb -noauthgg -lang: enu" solved it for me. Is there a way to use these on your launcher, too?

Thanks for reading and sorry for digging out that problem again. I just really wanna play here. T-T Here's a potato for the long post.

I have the same problem, also from Germany ;)

    EDIT: Found a soulution:

"go into your aion-> L10N -> then the folders you have dunno which if you have like deu_1 and DEU (german) rename them enu_1 and ENU will fix it" Quote from http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f68/unavailable-your-country-128849/#post1455747
