its okay guys. don't worry.. they ban us permanent.. because of that case. actually some player make the Safe Zone Decoy to lure the player who want to kill them and hit them into safezone and report it into the AM. then Ban, about who got ban in the first place. is unfair of our part because the other player who got unban, had a 2nd chance, to unban.. its okay its not our lost..
BTW: Keep it in your mind, try to remember those higher player who got ban because of AOE. and try to check it out that AM will unban them because they are Donor or close with them.

    - Lost of Donators
    - Lost of Players
    - Last : Game will be wipe out if there's no player will play anymore..

Going to try and rephrase this in my own words, and from what i got from what i just read.

"Most of the ban's that are associated with the aoe bug, have been perma-banned. This seems unjust, due to the reason that most of the bans were planned, meaning either elyos or asmo players lured them to the designated area (safe-zone); purposely; and acted as if they have done it repeatably. You will lose donators, players and soon enough there will be no more players due to the unjust bans."

Not sure if your trying to say its unfair because he got banned or because he was unbanned towards the end.

Donors get no exceptions to any of the rules, despite popular belief.

If anything, EVERY one of them get harsher punishments from myself being a donor myself.

You realize, that donations and or if they are our 'friend' doesn't matter.

We do not unban people simply for those reasons. As far as you are concerned. It has been announced, multiple times in game, in more than one language as well that we have changed the stance on this seeing how temporary bans and jail time has done nothing to stem the people abusing aoes in safe zones.

Your fit here about enacting this new clause to the rules? It is not our fault if you while, you do come to the forums do not read the updated rule-set. Ignorance of the rules and or law does not grant clemency there of. Telling an officer that you were unaware of the speed limit, won't do any good if they pull you over for breaking that will it now?

For whatever reason, you think we extend special privilege to people, when we don't, everyone is treated the same and given the same chance. Your ban, from what I see was already sent for review, making threads like this really, do you expect them to do much of anything other than annoy and start with flames.

As for people baiting others into the SAFE ZONE. Kinda ironic that it's named Safe Zone in the first place no? That it has a little icon with a sword and that sword is crossed out? Sorta means, oh my. You cannot attack there, also with that the patch notes for 3.0 on aiononline.com also state such as they are NEUTRAL, meaning no attacking.

Yes, it is somewhat harsher to issue permanent bans on this, though really; the amount of reports per-day, and the amount of people being temp banned, only for them to return to doing it again and again. It is removing a few steps from the process of having two prior occurrences. Which in most cases have happened and just went un-reported.

Anyway, have a lovely day. If you have any further complaints about how we are handling this, then please direct them to myself any senior am, or Bryne.
