    You have sent me a PM and I replied to you, but however you didn't send me any information.



    We cannot just go and "restore" all of your characters. Although, there are two things that are the reason your characters are gone most probably.


    First one, you weren't active for long time and they got deleted automatically, this happens if you haven't loggged in game or on website.
    Second one, you just switched from Siel server to Lumiel and now you can't see any characters there because you got no characters on Lumiel.

    If I haven't as good as Sherlock Holmes and I failed in my conclusions, please give me (us) more info.

    When they ban you, you don't lose your chars, you just can't log in, not even vote, if you can log in but without chars, you got hacked.

    What's the right way in preserving your account ingame? accdg. to villdil if you can't login ingame in 6 months straight your account automatically deleted. but others said voting in website is enough to avoid wiping your account. so where is the right one in here?

    You can log in at the website to make sure your account won't be deleted.

    I can't locate the post of villdill were he said about voting is not rest assured your account is safe he said that voting is not considered active you must login ingame as guaranteed.

    o_O I'm stumped are you two the same person or did i just get trolled hardcore? I dont know if im the only one that caught this, I know the dates say different but I mean he said it as if it were him which is why I'm stumped and if you two are the same person, why create a new forum account.
