the video is clear but the question is... her connection is good too? coz this i see in this video the glad i think got delay only in her connection.... coz there is no range hack cheat...you banned the innocent

Err~ I know the Cleric. and she lives here in Japan.

Japan's net connection is pretty fast~
so if the Gladiator is from a Country far away from ours and/or has a ---y internet connection, I think theres a possibility that this isn't a hack but more of like the dudes connection is either slow and that he gets lag spikes alot.

Example:
A 1 digit ping player duels a 3 digit ping player:
- 1 digit players see 3 digit ping players either teleporting, freezing
- 3 digit ping players see 1 digit ping players Faster,combos and movements are smoother,teleporting(Happens) => (some high ping players start calling low ping players Hackerz and ----)

So, your saying the glad was lagging. Sadly, you seem to not see the fact that the glads terrain doesn't spike, nor does he as would be prevalent if he was lagging. So, your case there is invalid. Nice try though, really nice try.

However, the skill was used outside the 25 meter range that Root is able to be used from, never mind the fact that there are distance jumps between the cleric and the gladiator, in which the cleric caught up to the glad in but the blink of an eye from 30m away, which also doesn't show any lag as I said, there was none to be seen in that video.

Oh, and this isn't the place for ban appeals.
