Quest problem?

On siel i'm currently on a spirit master trying to accept the eternal rest quest but Tessia won't talk to me when I click on her. Dunno if this is a bug or what cause I had done this yesterday on my level 51 sorc and it worked perfectly fine. And yes I have the campaign open because she has the yellow arrow above her head, and one other person said they couldn't do it either.

Any light on this? Did it just become bugged today?

in Gamez Aion when you're doing a quest to get an item, pet or tittle the NPC*mysteriously*disappears. There is not one single good thing you can get through questing or PvP'in you need to drop cash yes or yes. Or stay a "noob" forever, good luck mate.
