Sorc questions

Alright guys. I was first rocking a Templar but I just didn't feel like I did the class justice. I really wasn't that great. So about a week ago I rolled a sorc, just testing it out, playing with it and found I really like it. I'm starting to get a grasp on all the skills, I could use a little more training though, plus i'm a clicker, I use the number row for main skills but I mostly click and use my wsad keys but that's aside the point.

I've almost finished gearing him,

He's rocking an ABG set with full MA. [currently I need four more MA stones for my gloves, and I need to get my gloves and shoulder pads to +15 and my boots are currently at+5]

Hes also rocking an NCC Grimoire +15 with full MB and level 2 conditioning. I picked the book over the orb because it would have been much easier to make up for the MB then the MA, plus with all the MR sets running around I need all the accuracy I can get.

I still need my accessories and WoC yet but that will come later.
[I know people are going to call me dumb for going out and buying the whole set myself and not trading for it already +15 but there's a sense of accomplishment with getting everything the way I want it. Plus I already had a remo soooooo, and if I ever need I can use it as trade bait.]

Right now my problem is I don't know what to get godstone wise, do I go for silence or stun or what. I'm thinking silence I just am unsure and needed advice Plus i'm not to knowledgeable on how the godstone system works so if you could point me somewhere cool. I'm in game right now, my guys name is Artemnit and i'm dinking around in sanctum right now so feel free to slap me in the face on there. Just tell me you're from the forums.

 

You really don't need that much MB. You're better off with MA on weapon and full MR on set. Speaking of godstones it's basically a preference but you're best bet would be Blind, silence, para, damage godstone. For me I prefer silence or damage godstone.

 

Orb has a higher mboost than tome so you'll only need to socket macc on it and for the godstone since i'm playing lumiel, i prefer damage godstone, i'm using 2% 1880 wind damage since i'm also full macc.
But if you're using tome that's fine.
About of you being clicker is fine on siel, siel has shit loads of skills so keybinding it all can't be done
You only need to ready your Glacial + Storm Strike + Flame Spray.

Alright. It was nice to hear that i'm mostly doing things right. I just loked at a few guides and went with my gun. I'll probably either go silence.

I did keep my Temp, everything is still intact on him, so if I ever do chose to go back hes right there and I can just trade abg cloth for chain set and my tome for a mace+shield or something. I also still have my glad and SM, so have options. And i'm sure i'l be picked on. I know that I've even now been the one everyone's going after, but usually i'm in a big enough zerg to where I can just sit in back while everyone else is like a meat shield. I'm like the only sorc in the zergs I've been in. Its mainly all temps glads and sins running around. The occasional archer, never a SM or cleric/chanter. I haven't done much 1v1 I just did a 1v1 a moment ago but that was some low leveled noob trying to catch me off guard at the obelisk while I was IMing a friend. Didn't notice it till like 3 minuets in and they had only chipped at me, plus I had stone skin up so it didn't count. one magma eruption and they died...

full macc is good only if you are the one having the upper hand. If someone get you first most likely you wont be able counter. Thats why the trend is go with the gear in MR and the weapon macc.
