create system interface failed

Hello i got this error and i dont know what to do if someone have this please help me because i want to play here :sad:

 

repair ur client and itll work. make sure u dont try add the modified items.pak until ur game actually works (as in u can get as far as login screen). the same goes for the downgrade, dont try it until u can get to login screen. that will help u figure out whats causing it

also count the files in ur bin32 folder, there should be over 50 of them. some people follow the old downgrade methods and delete the old bin32 folder be4 downgrading, but then end up with missing files coz the downgrade doesnt include all of them (coz they tend to cause directx errors when they come from other systems. im including as few as possible)

 

I try with item pak all version, repair game and still not working same problem ;(
