Cannot connect to the authorization server

Hi, I'm a new player to this server. I used to play like a year ago or so but not as tactically as I would like. Straight to the point, yesterday I updated my Aion client to the latest version and downloaded the Gamez updater. Once I installed and everything went allright, I tried to log into my account. I type my password and my username, icon freezes for like 4-5 seconds and then the message "Cannot connect to the authorization server".

I downloaded a bat archive from the site which launches Aion if there is a problem. I read afterwards in the FAQ section that it may cause the problem. Whatsoever, after I deleted the bat archieve, the problem still remained.

So, please, enlight me, WTF is going on?!?!? :annoyed:

Are you using Windows 8?

 

No, Windows 7 x64

 

I also did a repair to my client, downloaded 10 gb of files and yet the problem remains.... Any clue?

 

Ok this is the support u give to ur community members??? It's been 17 hours since I have this problem and no one gave me any clue of this...

 

aion have to be north america on ncsoft this may cause problem if you don't have on north america

i have the same problem but i'm running gamez aion on windows 8 64 bit

 

I tested it both on Europe and North America, same problem.. Anything else?

 

try replaceing folder "bin32" in aion folder some times it work just give me e-mail and i will send you in rar format then just delete older one and extract this one there

 

my girlfriend plays on this server, I had the same thought, did it, but nothing... I'm so desperate I really wanna join this server

Are you using a proxy tunnel like WTFast/Battleping?
