    You can trade for WOC LvL 2 or wait for Special shops :) NOTE: You must so much pay for WOC LvL 2 cuz WOC LvL 2 really awesome :kewl:

    Well you can get it through special shops, and the last time they put it, it cost like 4k-6k credits if im not mistaken.
    OR you can get it via trade from those greedy traders.
    Though I doubt it they`ll put it in shop soon =)

    6.5 k was tht x_x i hope upcomming shop it wont cost like 10k or something . They keep making the price higher.
