    Dears Administrators!!!

    I am registered with Neile. I'dont can completed the quest "Take the inicitive" because the NPC NOKIR dont left continued make the quest. I've already get rid of the lepharist revolutionaries, but when i was to talk with Nokir again, he just say me "May the protection of Azphel be with you! Welcome". Please i need help me. :unsure:
