    Since WHEN!!! have insignias started to work like they did in the begining when they were glitched? I see elyos in belu running around with insignias on and ganking others without it. I thought the insignia problem was solved now it seems to be glitched again? and NO they were not general dieties, they were all rank 6s, 2s etc.

    Yeah, seems there was a patch rollback or something. They should get repatched next time we have a patch day. Same for things like taha/abg sets.
