Problem With Black Cloud Trader Shop

    Purchased credits yesterday and had to wait for payment to be reviewed. After finally recieving my credits today I logged into game to purchase ABG armor. Instead of recieving these items I recieved Enranged Mastarius gear. I did not click the Enranged gear I clicked Page 10 clothing and clicked the cloth abg gear. this was a waste of my credits and I did not want this gear. Please help admin.

    You are the third person that talks about this, a friend from lumiel bought ACD tunic and pants and received EAC gear instead, I think the shop is crazy.

    you won't get it :) read all the terms before donating, its a donation and they give you credits to thank you for that donation. A donation is money you give away without expecting anything in return.

    i dont think so. no proof will take no action. coz if u really know about the game. u should have traded ur 3k VIP for a set not spending the whole 7.5k. or u just want it to be undone? or wanna transform ur masta to abg. i dont mean to judge u but it may be better if u send a PM to the SAMs/HGM/CEO with ur proof of donation.
