    I drink 2 cups of milk a day, I eat fish 3 times a week and goat meat, I don't need that extra protein sir.

    Yes its easy to have a workout plan and what changes in food someone may make. the real question is are they committed. One can have everything at their hands but if they don't do it then its just a waste of time/money. Being healthy revolves around commitment/choice, such as pizza or a homemade salad or soda vs water. etc... Takes time also and some form of support.

    If you're trying to make a drastic change or get in shape for something like professional sports, or the olympics then sure you need help, but it's not that hard to make a few simple changes to get healthier. Just go to Subway instead of McDonalds. When you go out to work, errands, etc, park towards the back of the parking lot so you walk a bit more. Also even a ten minute workout will provide benefits if you do have a busy schedule. I spend most of my days sitting down in a truck and I still manage to stay in great shape. It takes a little effort but it's really not that hard.

    This is true. It very much depends on your state of mind. How strong are you psychically, stuff like that. You need at least decent willpower. Some level of experience is also a necessity. If you know absolutely nothing about training you most likely can and will hurt yourself.
