    I think those pinoy your talking about is all kids and who like to gain more than what the value of there item had. even in real world (business world) that's just normal if you dont bite for it they won't force you to unless you really what that item (which people fail to realize that having to agree or can't resist there own desire for there wants & needs are also greedy). about pinoy and brazil, whatever countries you are corrupt person is everywhere look at Wall Street? what happen to those CEO who grab billion of dollars to there clients/investors fortunately some of them gettin sentence but some of them escape.
