Campaign Stuck

Hi to all,
I have a problem with new campaign "The oldest of Foes"... At the step in the eye of amaranta, the "kill the Protectorate Drakan" is Incomplete, but i kill all the Protectorate and no Boss Spown... so the game in that istance was stopped... then i log out and retry but now im out of that instance and i cant reenter and retry quest... someone can tell me how to reset the campaign or more simply Reenter in that instance?

Need help with the same thing!! I died tryingd to kill them, because i got no help (maybe bugged NPC's). Want in again!
