Problems logging in

I recently tried to downgrade from the version before 3.5 (3.0.6 I believe) down to 3.0.0 so that my party system works. Unfortunately, when I did this, I messed up my game and had to re-download it. I have a completely fresh aion, nothing has been done to the contents in the folder (besides adding gamez aion to it) and now I am stuck on the screen prior to the character select. It doesn't appear to be a very large picture... But anyways I am stuck on this screen. Is this because I updated to 3.5 when I re-installed aion? Or is this another issue. Any response would be very helpful.

 

That happens when your ping reducer is down. Just turn off your ping reducer and then try to log on.

its not a ping reducer. simply put, downloading a clean game downloads 3.5 which d/cs u coz packet structure changed again. ull have to downgrade using this
