i cant log in help

    i cant play i donload the game already the version 3.0.0 from the web and is running but now i need put the id and pasword and i put the same id and password like the web and say is incorrect help

    if you used any special characters, it wont let you login. only regular letters and numbers are allowed. you might have to change your pass or just remake the account

    man i changed password and dont let me get in into game btw i dont have any character yet im in the game in the part to log in with id and password idk man i donwload the game from the web and was something NCsoft them from there the game start download but i dindt intalled any update idk what going on help plzzz

    HIII imk new here!! and i need help please! well the thing is this.. i install aion online then i install the gamez aion... finnally i iopen the game... and i log in but when i get to the select server screen i cannot proceed becouse it always tell me that im disconeced or it simply doesnt work!! please help me i cannot reach the character selection screen.. i stuck on the server selection screen :(
