    HELLO THERE~! ANY AM/GM ONLINE THERE?

    WE NEED TO PM YOU NOW.

    WE EXPERIENCED BUG IN OUR CHARACTERS WHILE DOING PVP.

    WHEN WE PVP, AS WE KILLED OPPOSITE RACE, WE SUDDENLY LEVEL UP AND CANT USE ANY POTIONS ETC...

    THEN OUR LEVEL BECAME 0.

    Could you provide us the server in which this happened, along with all character names please?

    EDIT:

    alright, the first picture provided shows legions from Siel. I'd like to know a list of characters affected with this bug if possible. Also, if any Lumiel players encounter this bug, please notify me along with your character names. We are going to be looking into this.

    Seems like problem has been internally solved and all affected characters should be back to normal after next server restart. If you encounter any issues after the next restart (no schedule for one as of the moment, but we usually have one every day or two), please send me a PM about it. Have a nice day!
