GM hack me

:sad:since august 2012....i shout for my WOC lvl2 for trading.....then when i log out and open it again i just notice that my WOC lvl2 gone...i tried to ask gm's but nobody answering me in game......so please help me..hope for your kind consideration......

Your woc 2 wont just disappear in your inventory unless someone took it or u trade it.. so if you didnt trade it then someone took it, soooo theres someone who knows about your account info...

and its players responsibility for there accounts.

 

how could someone knew my account..coz i only play in our house......

there are number of ways. one you use hacks or any illegal software to give you game edge , hmm sharing your information to friend or legionmate, and blaming gm about your lost is not good start. Also we do not need to steal your woc lvl2 at all LOL

There is no real way for an item to simply vanish from your account like that. Considering you are also claiming it to be a highly sought after and expensive item, makes me wonder. While I will say yes, if you had any GCD items they did get erased because they weren't supposed to be there in the first place.

Though, even if you play in your own home. You may have shared your account details with a friend, or family member. Sadly, with out some form of really good proof that you had the item to begin with, along with other things that I would be asking for. Which, at the moment I can't think of off the top of my head as I am sleepy.

As stated, it is the users responsibility to tend to their own account and items. If for some reason, you are unable to do that then we are unable to assist you. Sadly, even if you tell us that you are the only one with your information, I find it hard to believe seeing how.

In the past close to 3 years now that I've played here. I have never lost a single item and I am sure that in the rule of chance, if it was to happen it would have happened by now. That also goes with I have never shared an account with someone, or attempted to use hacks, or scam sites for free anything.

I am fairly sure I can say the same for the rest of the GM team too.

Sorry to say but we won't be able to restore your item just on your word alone.
