Why does one account glow and the other not??

I have downloaded my gamezaion again, so that i maybe could get rid of that irritating bug i had(going back and forth when i had target something)
But now i have 1 glowing account, and one normal account, how can that be? The glowing account was normal before. How can i can rid of that glowing stuff? Mobs, NPC's obelisk everything is glowingouty:

that's in your graphics settings, when downloading aion again after 3.0 you have the HD engine by default
Open options>graphic settings and change the High quality engine to Default engine.
